Mediation Services
As a neutral third party, David provides confidential mediation services to disputants on a without prejudice basis. Drawing upon David’s extensive commercial and financial experience and deploying a structured facilitative process, David assists disputants to identify, explore and agree consensual outcomes in complex disputes.
If you wish to consider engaging David as your mediator, David will provide you with a Confidentiality Undertaking prior to any pre-mediation discussions. If the disputants wish to appoint David, a Mediation Agreement will need to be signed by the disputants, setting out the basis upon which the mediation services will be provided, including applicable fees.

David also provides Dispute Management Services to individual disputants in complex multi-stakeholder negotiations. In this case, David provides strategic advice and support to achieve optimal outcomes for his clients.
If you wish to consider engaging David as your dispute management adviser, David will provide you with a Confidentiality Undertaking to facilitate open discussions. If you wish to appoint David, a Service Agreement will need to be signed, setting out the basis upon which the dispute management services will be provided, including applicable fees.
